Getting Started

We set up QuickBooks Online, Xero, and Wave. During checkout and the business information step you tell us which platform you want, and we configure that environment end to end.

Once payment is confirmed, an order is created in your dashboard. You then complete a short business information form — platform choice, tax region, bank accounts, and your existing transaction history. Our team begins configuration from there.

Not necessarily. If you already have a QuickBooks, Xero, or Wave account we configure it; if not, we will guide you through creating one so we can set it up correctly from the start.

Billing

No. booksbenchlab is a one-time purchase. You select a plan, complete a single secure payment, and we deliver the setup. There are no recurring charges from us — your only ongoing cost is your accounting platform’s own subscription, billed by them.

Checkout is processed securely through Authorize.Net. We accept Visa and Mastercard. Card details are encrypted in transit and we do not store full card numbers on our servers.

Yes, on the plans that include it. We import and consistently categorize your historical transaction history, then reconcile opening balances to your source statements so prior periods are reliable.

Delivery

You receive a live accounting tenant, a reconciliation report, a monthly close checklist, and a bookkeeper handoff guide — delivered as PDF documents plus a Loom walkthrough, all available from your order page.

Delivery time depends on your plan and ranges from 5 to 14 business days. The estimated delivery window for each plan is shown on the pricing page, and your order page tracks progress.

Absolutely — that is the goal. Every delivery includes a bookkeeper handoff guide and a documented monthly close checklist so any bookkeeper or accountant can continue seamlessly.

Yes. Payments are processed over secure 256-bit SSL encryption and tokenized by Authorize.Net. Business information you submit is stored against your order and only accessible to you and our setup team.
